A good leader is a good speaker.

A good speaker would always give sweetener to their listener. The basic moral of a leader should have is greeting people before you inform or announce something. This is respect others and have attention from listener.

But recently, the leader that I met is rude. Before talk, started to yell and shout at people. Hey, leader, if u want us to really respect instead of hating u please behave well of yourself. "Don't sit on sofa", "Why u wearing short", "Why u coming late" and some more. Hallo, the sofa prepared is for people to sit not as decoration. The meeting u set was mini meeting and nighttime, of course we can wear short. Leader be flexible la ok, don't act like Miss Caroline in TKAMB. Don't expect all people that u ordered will come to meeting. We too have our personal things to settle. Thts y we will late.

So, leader, please be empathy. Put urself on people's problems. If someday, u also late and others ask the same question to you, how u feel? If u continue to behave the ways u are, u r not different as the samseng outside. People don't answer ur question and put down their head, it doesn't show that others are respecting but hating and afraid of u.

With this I end my case.

Varmints

This is a negative word, which means old fashioned someone who causes trouble. Just like the Ewell's family who live near dump side.

Tempurung Cave

Last friday, 22 Julai 2011, my class and k12 organised a tutorial trip to Gua Tempurung. Last year, i was sick that unable me go there but i had get chance this sem.

365 Days

Today, I am officially 1 year in Ipoh. It is great that I had been in Ipoh for 366 days actually. I came here on 18 July 2010, a day before registration. Its seem that my mum still good in memory. She phoned me just now. Lots of bitter and sweet memories had been experienced here and there.

Back to memory, on 14 July 2010 (Thur), evening time, I received a message saying that I had been offered to study at Maktab Ipoh. At first, I thought this is a threat. The next day (Fri), one of my friends helped to check through website and its real. I was nervous as I didn't prepare anything yet. At the same time, i'm happy too cause my dream came true, which I prayed very hard to God. Only left a day to finish official stuffs such as medical check-up. I just packed important things came to Ipoh. My mum was worried because there is no one accompany me along the journey. Luckily when I sat in the flight, a lady beside me (whom I unfamiliar with at that moment) is studied same maktab as me. There are 4 of us safely arrived the destination.

After a month, I been here, my dad just knew it. And after 3 months, my sister knew it. Same things goes to my friends, relatives and neighbours. My journey is sudden, quick and unknown by people. The food in Peninsular is very spicy. I only ate 3 burgers, third time be at night market, fifth time be at Jusco and Tesco. I  went 2 camps in Bukit Merah and Kemunting respectively and 1 day trip in Penang. Last time, I lost the chance go to Gua Tempurung but soon will go.

I learnt to be independent here. A good socializing skill is important. Because the way a person talk and act can show out his/her personalities.

Thanks to person who belittle/ underestimate you. (when you r poor or unable in some aspects)
Thanks to person who is arrogant and show off to you.
Thanks to person who gossip of you.
Thanks to person who isolated/ alienated you.
AND thanks God that you are kind hearted to accept this person as your friend.

Mum and dad, after 5 and half years I'll back to Sarawak look after you. Sorry that I had to be cruel to do my decision study so far from you. Take care of your health my mum and dad be careful at workplace.

Nurse reveals the top 5 regrets people make on their own deathbed

1. I wish I'd had the courage to live a life true to myself, not the life others expected of me. This was the most common regret of all. When people realise that their life is almost over and look back clearly on it, it is easy to see how many dreams have gone unfulfilled. Most people have had not honoured even a half of their dreams and had to die knowing that it was due to choices they had made, or not made. It is very important to try and honour at least some of your dreams along the way. From the moment that you lose your health, it is too late. Health brings a freedom very few realise, until they no longer have it.

2. I wish I didn't work so hard. This came from every male patient that I nursed. They missed their children's youth and their partner's companionship. Women also spoke of this regret. But as most were from an older generation, many of the female patients had not been breadwinners. All of the men I nursed deeply regretted spending so much of their lives on the treadmill of a work existence. By simplifying your lifestyle and making conscious choices along the way, it is possible to not need the income that you think you do. And by creating more space in your life, you become happier and more open to new opportunities, ones more suited to your new lifestyle.

 3. I wish I'd had the courage to express my feelings. Many people suppressed their feelings in order to keep peace with others. As a result, they settled for a mediocre existence and never became who they were truly capable of becoming. Many developed illnesses relating to the bitterness and resentment they carried as a result.    We cannot control the reactions of others. However, although people may initially react when you change the way you are by speaking honestly,in the end it raises the relationship to a whole new and healthier level. Either that or it releases the unhealthy relationship from your life. Either way, you win.

 4. I wish I had stayed in touch with my friends. Often they would not truly realise the full benefits of old friends until their dying weeks and it was not always possible to track them down. Many had become so caught up in their own lives that they had let golden friendships slip by over the years. There were many deep regrets about not giving friendships the time and effort that they deserved.Everyone misses their friends when they are dying.    It is common for anyone in a busy lifestyle to let friendships slip. But when you are faced with your approaching death, the physical details of life fall away. People do want to get their financial affairs in order if possible. But it is not money or status that holds the true importance for them. They want to get things in order more for the benefit of those they love. Usually though, they are too ill and weary to ever manage this task. It is all comes down to love and relationships in the end. That is all that remains in the final weeks, love and relationships.

5. I wish that I had let myself be happier. This is a surprisingly common one. Many did not realise until the end that happiness is a choice. They had stayed stuck in old patterns and habits. The so-called 'comfort' of familiarity overflowed into their emotions, as well as their physical lives. Fear of change had them pretending to others, and to their selves, that they were content. When deep within, they longed to laugh properly and have sillyness in their life again.    When you are on your deathbed, what others think of you is a long way from your mind. How wonderful to be able to let go and smile again, long before you are dying.

ALONE

Alone or can be said single.

Whenever I go and travel, I am alone. Actually, I dislike alone but sometimes its not my choice. Maybe the person that I met is unwilling to wait for me and result in this. I know clearly that it's impossible to call a person wait and sacrifice his/her time just to wait me. I start my first step by waiting others, is hoping that one day he/she can wait for me.

Other reasons, I am always alone, is because I'm not good in socializing. The moment I see them, I'm blank and don't what should talk with others. I'm also too lazy outing with friends. For me shopping/outing is very tiring and wasting a lot of time. When I am tired, no matter how interesting event is and how delicious the food is, I'm not interested at all. The only way I can get out of tiredness is sleeping.

Only left a few days, I have be in Ipoh for a year already. But, I can still feel there is a gap between my friends and I. In my thought, maybe it's due to age and different color. 99% of my friends that are same badge with me is younger than me, mostly are two years younger than me. I have to study 5 and half years in Ipoh, plus 2 years of Form 6, I actually spend about 7 years on my study before I work. 7 years, a doctor is graduated but I am just a teacher.

I afraid of either going back to Sarawak or come to Ipoh. Reason is the same, alone. I hate Perak as its a place without airport. I have to wait at KL's airport for hours and days. I wept when Im alone at airport because no matter how sick i'm, I have to wait till the morning bus to arrive Ipoh. (for safety)

When I am alone, I really hope there is a partner can accompany me, talk to me, give happiness to me as well as helping me carry the luggage.Haha.

I am alone, are u willing to wait me?
